Elijah Naylor, BS, CSL, is a treasure trove of impact, influence and insight. He is the 7th child of 10, born to Bishop Leonard & Overseer Charlene Naylor. Elijah has been a hardworker his entire life and is not afraid to get his hands dirty, learn new things and reinvent himself.
Elijah was trained as a Gospel Musician and held the role, Minister of Music at Holy Redeemer Cathedral, a church founded by his parents nearly 40 years ago. Elijah led the Music Department for over twenty years including the Choir and Praise Team. In true Elijah fashion, he launched a state of the art Media Ministry working with the young people to advance the worship experience. Elijah played at funerals, weddings, concerts, conferences and revivals dating back to his adolescent years. Elijah is a musician with an ear to hear. Elijah became formally trained in Music Education at Westfield State University graduating with a Bachelors in 2014. He then became an educator at Springfield Prep Charter School where he taught over 200 students and orchestrated annual concerts that rocked the house. He created a music lab called Eli’s Portal where he taught nearly 40 students piano and vocal lessons on the side.
In 2019, Elijah transitioned into real estate full time and hasn’t looked back. He now manages, along with his wife, Naylor Nation Real Estate LLC with over 35 long term rentals, Mimshack LLC for Caribbean rentals, Handy Hands Property Management LLC, and Naylor Nation Construction LLC where fix and flips and now new developments reside.
